How do I place an order?

2. Choose a text card option, a size and a quantity
3. Place the bouquet in your shopping basket
4. Shop for more flowers or press View Basket
5. Check if everything is correct and add a coupon code if necessary
6. Proceed to checkout
7. Fill in the invoice data
8. Fill in the delivery to another address if necessary
9. Choose your payment method and place your order
10. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail
11. The order is prepared

Can I order by phone?

Yes you can call us for an order. On +31 (0) 40 – 236 40 52

Do I get a confirmation?

As soon as your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Can the bouquet be delivered today?

Make sure your order is completed before 14:00, then we guarantee that the flowers will be at their destination the same day. Deliveries abroad are on request.

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charge for Eindhoven is €5.00.
For the surrounding towns Veldhoven, Best, Valkenswaard, Waalre, Nuenen, Helmond, Mierlo, Geldrop and Son en Breugel it is €6,95.
For the rest of the Netherlands € 7.50.
Delivery charges for other countries on request.

Kan ik zelf een bezorgdatum kiezen?

Yes, you can specify the date you want your order delivered.

Can I also send the bouquet to a company, hospital or funeral home?

Yes, when ordering you can add the company name and details of the company and we will make sure it is delivered there.

What days do you deliver?

Our flowers are delivered 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.

Do you deliver on Mother's Day?

Yes on Mother’s Day we provide a beautiful bouquet for all mothers.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, you can have your bouquet delivered abroad on request.
